Frequently asked questions
What counts as a monthly active user?
A monthly active user (MAU) is any unique shopper who opens your branded app at least once in a calendar month. Users who only receive push notifications but don't open the app are not counted.
What happens if I exceed my MAU or push limits?
We don't cut you off mid-drop. MAU overage is billed at $0.02 per user/month above your tier limit. Push overage kicks in after 200,000 sends at $0.50 per 1,000 additional pushes.
Can I add a second app for another brand or region?
Yes. Additional published apps are $249/month each. This is useful if you operate multiple brands or need region-specific storefronts.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on any plan. If you want managed App Store submission (included with Scale, optional on other plans), that's a one-time $1,500 per platform.
What integrations are supported?
We integrate with Shopify for catalog, inventory, customer, and order sync. Payments go through your existing Shopify checkout. We also support analytics and CRM webhook workflows.
Do you offer a performance-based pricing option?
Yes. We offer an optional performance add-on at 0.35% of in-app GMV. When enabled, it can replace or supplement your monthly plan depending on volume. Ask our team for details.
